Reactive agility training takes the stability & mobility you build with eccentric/isometric exercise and increases the balance & coordination demand.
This enhances the functional transfer of mobility, meaning we can more readily adapt to unexpected changes in position during movement with less risk of injury or loss of equilibrium.
